Website for Sarner Ski

In 2023 I optimised the design and content for www.sarner.ski. This project brought me loads of joy since I am a mountaineering fanatic myself.

Before the redesign

The design was generally lacking contrast and structure. Some of the copy wasn't very legible. The category tiles weren't very inviting. Layout and spacing was rather messy.

New design

The slider was replaced by one single appealing photo. A clear and bold call to action helps to direct the user to the most importan site. The category tiles now have pictures that represent the category names.

The menu also needed fine adjustment. The menu points received a clearer wording. Customized icons were added to fit the outdoor and ski vibe.

Witty wordplay rounds off the whole experience.
